I started making various double-layer foam liners seven years ago, and through continuous updates and iterations, it has become what it is today.

Combined with a soft, wavy outer foam layer, the overall design consists of three sections with varying degrees of firmness: a wavy layer, a soft sponge layer, and a TPU inner layer. The TPU inner layer can also be custom-designed to be softer or firmer depending on your vehicle’s weight.

An excellent double-layer foam liner must be designed with the overall support based on your wheel and tire sizes, as well as the weight of your entire vehicle, including the battery. The tire surface needs to be soft enough, while the inner layer needs to be hard enough to support the vehicle body, but at the same time it also needs to absorb excess pressure. This ensures your tires achieve optimal traction while providing sufficient support.

Because it’s a custom-made product, any 1.9 or 2.2 rim and tire can be made. You will need to provide the diameter and width of the center ring of the rim, the tire model or outer diameter and width, and the full weight of your vehicle (including the battery). Otherwise, the finished product size may not be suitable.
